The Tenant will be responsible for maintaining the boundaries of the property, trimming hedges and mowing ditches at least once per year.

There is a mains water supply to the Property. The Tenant will be responsible for setting up an account with a provider and paying for their water usage.

There is no mains electricity, but there is wiring for some battery-powered lights. Please note this wiring has not been tested by the landlord and tenants must make their own enquiries. The tenant is to provide their own battery

TERMS
The agreement will be documented via a Common Law Tenancy with a minimum initial term of 1 year for private use only. Both parties will have the option to terminate the agreement at anytime providing 3 months notice. Rent will be payable monthly in advance and a deposit of £600 shall be payable and will be held by the Landlord’s Agent for the duration of the Tenancy.
