Boundary Maintenance:
The Tenant will be responsible for maintaining the boundaries of the property, trimming hedges and mowing ditches at least once per year.

TERMS
The agreement will be documented via a Common Law Tenancy with a minimum initial term of 1 year for private use only. Both parties will have the option to terminate the agreement at anytime providing 3 months notice. Rent will be payable monthly in advance and a deposit of £600 shall be payable and will be held by the Landlord’s Agent for the duration of the Tenancy.
