This is a cosy 2 bedroom flat, of which I am offering 1 bedroom for a short-term sublet from ASAP (March) to July 13th (longer stay can be arranged if required). You will have the bedroom pictured, a wardrobe, a desk (located in the lounge), and access to a shared kitchen, bathroom, and lounge.

The bathroom has a shower and bathtub, perfect for quick on-the-go, and having some relaxing downtime. There is a cabinet for your cosmetics and bath products too.

The kitchen has a microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator, and washing machine. There is also plenty of storage in the kitchen cupboards. There is a small storage room for storing any suitcases etc too.

The lounge is shared between you and the other flatmate - there is a dining table, sofa, wide-set windowsill (perfect for curling up and reading a book), and storage cabinet for any books you may have. Your desk is also located in the lounge.

The other flatmate (21F) is a polite, clean, and caring person. She does not have parties and she is not loud at all. She is always down for a nice chat if you want, and she loves having her own downtime. She occasionally invites friends during the day, but she always gives prior notice in advance. She is a considerate person :)

The flat is located a 10/15-min walk from Kings Cross St Pancras (depends how fast a walker you are), and is a mere 10-min walk to Camden Town station. It is a 5-min walk to Camden Road station too, which has overground Mildmay line access. Camden Market is a brisk 15-min walk from the flat too, a nice walk just along a peaceful canal. It is perfect for UCL, KCL, LSE, and other Zone 1 university students and/or professionals working in zone 1/2 and further due to the excellent transport links.

If you are looking for a peaceful short stay in the busy town of Camden, this might be the flat for you. The area is a very intimate residential area and only a 15-min walk takes you to the lively, youthful, bustling area of Camden Town.
