Curtains and blinds are also included throughout the home. Lighting throughout the home comes from predominantly recessed spotlighting.

Entrance to the lodge is via an Entrance Hall / Utility Room, featuring an integral full height freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, with additional storage, a work top with inset sink and drainer. The ‘Worcester Bosch boiler is hidden in one of the cupboards and will provide heating and hot water for your home.

Walking through into the open plan living area your eyes will be drawn via the vaulted ceiling to the stunning open views coming not just from the bi folding doors but from the well positioned windows too.

The kitchen is light and airy with a window to the rear and two skylights above. Integral to the kitchen are the five ring gas hob, with electric oven below, set in the ample worksurface allowing plenty of preparation space and an inset sink and drainer. A further integral fridge freezer, wine cooler and dishwasher provide the white goods that you need. A central island provides additional storage plus a breakfast bar. Leading from here is the dining area with two floor to ceiling windows and a further window to the side making the most of the views. A further dressing room or potentially a study area has two full height windows, a radiator and a shelved storage cupboard.

Bedroom Two is a second good sized double bedroom, again featuring bi-folding doors, a kingsize bed with bedside cabinets either side and a built in wardrobe with mirrored doors and a radiator.

The third bedroom features a single bed as the room can very easily double up as a study. The room has a fitted wardrobe, and desk with a window and a radiator.

The shower room comprises of a three piece suite of close coupled dual flush WC, vanity wash hand basin and walk in double shower cubicle with waterfall shower head. There is also an heated towel rail, electric shaver point and a window.

Externally the generous timber decking makes the most of the views across open farmland, and wraps round to the side, proving lots of space to while away the hours. The lodge also has block paved parking and a storage shed.
