There can be some general outdoor noise and music occasionally, mainly in warmer weather and busier times, but it is not constant. The area is excellent for jogs and walks, with routes through the woodland, along the Green Chain Walk, and jogging/cycling routes towards the River Thames with good access to Woolwich.
There are also good local amenities: a large Sainsbury's near Abbey Wood station and an M&S Foodhall just one stop away on the Elizabeth line, making everyday shopping very convenient. There is a local pub with lovely Pizzas.
