Once you've viewed the place, and are interested to rent, you will be passed on to Foxton for referencing and signing the contract (Foxton let, landlord managed).
As I'm breaking lease early, the remainder of the lease (taken up by the next tenant) will be fixed until Feb 2027, but the tenancy will automatically moved under the Renters' Rights Act in May 2026, meaning it will become rolling thereafter.

- The double bed is Murphy-style, so it can fold up into the wall if more space is needed
- Lots of natural light: the flat has high ceilings, large windows, and sun roof at the entrance
- Open-plan kitchen with modern appliances: induction hob, oven with slide-and-hide door (like the ones on Bake-Off), washing machine, microwave, and a full-sized fridge.
- The bathroom is modern with heated floors
- The flat faces a quiet side-street, so it's well isolated from main road noise
- 2 min walk to Loughborough junction station (National Rail), 1 stop to Elephant & castle and 2 stops to Blackfriars
- 12 mins walk to Brixton station/tube station
- 15-20 mins cycle to London Bridge/ Vauxhall/Clapham
- Communal bike storage space with security cameras
- Communal terrace on top floor overlooking the junction

A bit more about living here
- The neighbours in the building are quiet and everyone keeps to themselves.
- The sun rises and sets almost parallel to the windows so you'll get sunlight throughout the whole day.
- It's very easy to go for impromptu dinner and enjoy the hubbub of Brixton and Camberwell
- The flat is right next to Ruskin park and their sauna and is a short walk to Brixton on one side, and Camberwell on the other side.
- If you like getting out and staying active, Brockwell Park is 15 mins walk away - great for runs, or even a swim in the lido. You are also 8 mins walk away from Brixton recreation centre if you need an all-year round indoor pool.
- The landlord Haile is very responsive and will arrange a gas/water/electricity engineer immediately if you need. We have only needed to do so when we moved in early on, not since.
- I've hosted gatherings/parties of 20-25 people in the flat with the bed folded up
- There's a whatsapp groupchat to keep track of who's responsible for taking the bins out and if anyone's home for parcel delivery to the building.
