The property provides nicely proportioned and flexible accommodation of around 2915 sq ft, and includes a welcoming reception hall, sitting room with original inglenook fireplace, a drawing room also featuring a large inglenook, and a useful study.

The impressive open plan kitchen/family/dining room is fitted with floor and wall units, appliances and gas Aga. With windows overlooking the gardens and double doors opening to the terrace, it is ideal for entertaining and family gatherings.
On the first floor is the principal bedroom with en suite bathroom, two guest suites, both with en suite shower room, and a further double bedroom, together with a family bathroom.

The mature gardens and small paddock are an attractive feature. The long gravelled driveway with lawns to either side leads to the front of the property. To the rear, the south westerly facing terrace, ideal for al fresco dining, leads to the gardens which are laid mainly to lawn with well stocked borders, mature trees and wonderful views over adjoining farmland. The small paddock features a period hay barn in need of restoration.
