We have a really lovely 1 double bedroom flat that is part of our house, but has it's own separate entrance.
We are looking for someone to live there who would be happy to look after our cats in the school holidays in return for a reduced rent.

Please note this is only suitable to someone who does not tend to go away during the school holidays and does not mind being in a flat which is connected to our family home.

The apartment consists of 1 double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a kitchen living room. There are polished wooden floorboards with electric wall mounted radiators. The modern bathroom has large stone tiles on the floor and walls with a shower and towel radiator.
The kitchen / sitting room has large sliding glass doors which lead out onto a small, below level patio, an electric hob, cooker and fridge with a sitting area and TV point. In the hallway is the washing machine and electric water boiler, with stairs leading up to the entrance door.

Market rate for flat is about £1000-£1200 per month.

We could offer a reduced rent of £800 in exchange for looking after our cats when we are away during school holidays and keeping an eye on the house and garden.

This particularly suits someone who does not go away in school holidays, who likes cats, who is happy to be in a flat that is connected to our family home and who would feel comfortable with us (3 children and cats) around.
