It is walking distance to a primary school, large supermarket and other shops as well as benefitting from a lovely countryside walk in the Orchards on your doorstep. It is a 15 minute walk into Canterbury City Centre and ideally placed for access to the main roads. Parking is free on the road outside the house and there are plenty of adjoining roads offering free parking too.
