We have been living in the flat for the last 6 years ourselves. We have loved living here and are only renting it out because we need slightly more space with a baby. The flat is in an ideal location, 5 min walk from London Fields and Broadway Market, 8min walk from Haggerston Station and 10min to London Fields station.

The flat is ideal for a couple who are looking for a peaceful home in a buzzing area. It is located on a quiet street and has a leafy view out of the living room window, and bedroom gets sun during the day. It is the top floor of three flats, with its own entrance and stairs up to the flat. The staircase has room for hanging coats and storing shoes. Kitchen and floors in all rooms have been redone two years ago. The flat stays nice and warm during the winter. There are spacious cupboards in the kitchen, a built-in closet in the bedroom and a lot of storage space in the attic.

Columbia Road flower market on a Sunday is just 15 mins walk away. It is very easy to get into town, with access to Elizabeth Line. You can be in Soho in half an hour.
