This has been a wonderful seaside home for the past 14 years and we have enjoyed upgrading the property and creating the charming garden. We love the area and will continue to live nearby but feel it is time to downsize. The location is delightful with direct access to the clifftop and the friendly beach that the grandchildren love.
Westgate town centre is close by with its unique canopied shops, restaurants and Blue Flag beaches. There is also a station where trains to London take just over an hour and a half, a cinema, golf, bowls and tennis clubs as well as primary schools and two good secondary schools plus easy access to the Thanet Way for London and Canterbury. It is not far to Margate with its Turner gallery, Old Town, Dreamland, bars and restaurants.
