Viewings

Due to high demand for many of our rental properties, we often conduct open house style viewings. This ensures a fair and efficient viewing process for all applicants.

If you are unable to attend the advertised open house, alternative dates and times may be arranged, subject to availability. Online viewings can also be offered where appropriate.

Applications

If you like the property and wish to proceed, you will be invited to submit a pre-application.

All pre-applications are forwarded to the landlord for consideration.

Once a successful applicant has been chosen by the landlord, you will then:

Pay one week’s rent to secure the property

Be referred to ( ... ) Referencing for full pre-tenancy checks

Receive a Holding Deposit Agreement / receipt for signature

The one week’s rent paid will be deducted from your first rental payment once the tenancy begins.

Referencing & Pre-Tenancy Checks

Identity verification

Credit checks

Employment and/or income verification

Previous landlord references
