Earlier this year, outline planning approval was granted for the residential development on land to the South of 'The Woodlands' house.
As a result of that approval, the applicant is seeking a further outline approval so that the site
approved under application 24/04758/OUT could be made bigger. Both sites together would enable a development of five large detached 4/5-bedroom dwellings to be built, including double garages and generous gardens.
All the dwellings would be accessible from a private drive accessed from Adderley Road.
The applicant understands that if this application were approved, it could only be developed if
