There has been an estate agent working out of the Bilston Street offices continuously since the early eighties, when you could buy a new 4 bedroom detached house for £40,000! Christine Swinscoe originally worked in the old estate agent and bought the business from the retiring owner some 20 years ago, and renamed the business in the family name.
