Established in 1980 as a Chartered Surveyor’s practice, and known then as Berkeley Kersh, we became known as Berkeley Shaw in 2003 when Mike Shaw FRICS took sole charge of the Crosby based business. In 2014, Mr Shaw retired and John Baybut MRICS and Gary Robinson took over the running of the business, subsequently opening additional offices in Formby, Southport and re-establishing its presence in Liverpool City Centre.
