We just love the location. Hoole Village is just 10 minutes walk away, with shops, good restaurants and pubs. Sainsburys Local being a godsend for last minute forgotten items. The bus stop for Chester is about 100 yards away from Charlton Court and the bus takes just 5 minutes into Chester. The walk from Charlton Court into Chester takes about 20 minutes. Management of the Charlton Court is done in house by our own Management Company. The three Directors are apartment owners living in Charlton Court. They are all professional people and have done an outstanding job of controlling the expenses. It's reassuring to have confidence on who is spending your maintenance money. It's their money too. The view out of the lounge and bedroom windows over the playing fields has been a joy every day since we moved in. We can lay in bed and watch the dog walkers every morning. At the weekend the amateur footballers are in action,each season brings a fresh view I can't imagine the apartment without it
