I have spent may happy years at the flat. It was perfect for me as there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is also perfect for sharers or when guests are over. It is a very quiet place, set back from the road, in a beautiful building. It is a good community with good neighbours. The location is amazing! Penge West is literally around the corner making commuting to central London easy. Crystal Palace Park is a lovely park ideal for brunch at Brown and Green or a weekend stroll.
