The owners love…

Five or so years ago I stumbled across this new development and fell in love with this apartment, the amazing views and scenery I knew there and then this would make my ideal home and all these years on I still adore all it has to offer.

The first thing I must mention are the sea views, looking out from the balcony to the sea and beyond is something I will never get tired of. The fresh sea air, the nature and abundance of greenery as well as the dramatic coastline – truly amazing. On a clear day the northern coast of France is visible. It is breathtaking and must be seen to appreciate.

The building is a clean modern design brick built with large glass windows to let all those views and sunshine be appreciated. I have the benefit of two allocated parking spaces, access to a lock up for bicycles, or any garden equipment and there are visitor spaces. Our communal gardens are immaculately presented and the fees for this taken out of the service charge.

As you enter the building, my apartment is on the first floor accessed via the lift or stairwell. As you enter the apartment the true wow factor is the kitchen/lounge/diner. Open place a palatial space letting in all that natural light through the floor to ceiling windows. The kitchen is well equipped, contemporary in design with relaxed muted tones. You instantly feel at ease in this space. The island in the kitchen has seating so wonderful to sit and enjoy a coffee in the morning looking out at the sea. The lounge area is cosy with ample space for seating.

Outside to the balcony I have a table and chairs perfect for al-fresco dinning during the summer and enjoying the wonderful scenery it is peaceful and tranquil with the sound of the sea and waves in the distance.

I have two good size bedrooms, the master bedroom and my second bedroom which I use as a home office. It has plenty of room for a double bed and furniture.

The family bathroom is generous in proportion with a bath as well as spacious shower.

The décor throughout is simple and elegant the type of property you can literally move in and unpack!

The community here is wonderful, all residents look out for one another, and it is truly a friendly welcoming place to come home too. The apartment is perfectly situated with a 5-minute walk to the sea, via the designated pedestrian path. The Hythe Imperial Hotel a 5-minute walk away has a spectacular restaurant and a swimming pool. Hythe Town Centre is also around a 12-minute walk away bustling with independent shops, cafes, restaurants it Is quaint and the perfect way to spend an afternoon. Folkestone is a short 10-minute drive where the Harbour Arm has an array of shops and attractions. The Shuttle (Channel Tunnel) is a short drive where you can be in Paris/France in two and a half hours. We also have the train station with links to London in around 55 minutes. This area is truly picturesque and has so much to offer.

VIEWING HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
