This is a short term let from 28th March to 14th June inclusive. The price is inclusive of all bills (internet, water, electricity, gas, council tax, TV license)

We own a 3 bed house with a Garden and will be away in Europe for the whole of this time period so are looking to rent out the house including the two spare bedrooms.

We also have a cat (who will be sleeping in our room whilst we are gone) and we're looking for a responsible cat-loving renter who would be happy to care for our cat while we are away. This would involve feeding the cat twice a day and giving her a bit of affection - nothing complicated just someone kind and reliable. We would of course cover all the costs associated with the cat including a cat sitter if you were away for 2+ nights (we have an automated feeder for less time than that).

Additional information:

The house is located about a 10 minute walk from Canada Water tube station (zone 2, jubilee line and windrush line) in a very quiet neighbourhood

It is our family home so it is very well looked after and comes fully furnished including a well equipped kitchen

It is a 3 floor town house with a kitchen/diner and utility room on the ground floor, a lounge, a bedroom and toilet on the middle floor, and a bedroom, bathroom and our room on the top floor.

Both bedrooms have double beds and an office set up for those working from home.

On the top floor there is a main bathroom with a bath, and our room has an ensuite rainfall shower which you will be welcome to use.

Parking is on-street parking in front of the house. It is not permitted but is first come first served with other residents in the area.
