Kingfisher House is built around a timber-frame on a brick plinth with green oak frame and weatherboard cladding under a pantile roof. With bespoke Plain English kitchen and wardrobes throughout, it provides a special place to live and work. The living area features the stunning vaulted tripled-glazed gable end , flooding the ground floor with natural light east west-aspect with spiral staircase leading to the galleried study/reading floor. Further bespoke Plain English cupboards and a wood burner create a cosy living area.

A further doorway opens to the sitting room, which again has French doors onto the rear terrace with TV Media cupboards by Plain English and limestone worktop.
