But we also deal with a significant amount of residential property in all directions further afield, particularly elsewhere in Kensington & Chelsea and Hammersmith & Fulham. Traditionally principally providing lettings and management services we also do sales.  We have been in business for more than 15 years. Another way we have achieved this is to be more selective in our paper based marketing material - we still have to do it, but we do not inundate all of London with letters on a weekly basis. . We try not to leave multiple lights on over-night and ration the use of flat-screen plasma tv displays in a similar way.
