In The Owners Own Words:
In our opinion, there are no bad parts to this house. The Cotswold stone structure is beautiful, the space for parking is so handy when having friends over, the house is at the end of a close so we never have anyone driving by which is perfect for pets. The garden is a really good size and the garage at the end of the driveway is perfect for storage. In the summer, the sun sets at the end of the street and it makes the sky out of the windows in the living room and bedroom the most gorgeous shade of pink. The garden also gets all sun all day during the summer, it’s a real sun trap. As our first home, we will really miss this house, it’s given us the best memories, it was a very hard decision to sell.
The house’s street is located directly opposite Kingsmere Park Play Area, a large, green park featuring a modern, free outdoor playground and a basketball court. The house is also within a short walking distance of Whitelands Farm Sports Centre, which offers local sports clubs and sports education programmes. The property is the last house on the street, providing ample private parking for up to four cars, along with additional on-street spaces.”
