Deluxe Plus En Suite - £237/person/week
The same as our Deluxe En-suite but on an even higher floor with even better views. You still get all the same great features, including an en-suite and communal kitchen-living area shared between 9 to 11 people. Cluster sizes and room layouts may vary.

Platinum En Suite - £240/person/week
Our Platinum range of En-Suites takes shared living to the max. You’ll have the same great features as our Deluxe En-Suites – a small double bed, en-suite, study space, plenty of storage, and a communal area – but you’ll be sharing with fewer people, typically 6 to 8. Cluster sizes and room layouts may vary.

Platinum Plus En Suite - £239/person/week
Opt for this room to get either a larger en suite bedroom all to yourself, or be sharing the kitchen and living space with fewer people (6-7 on average)! Cluster sizes and room layouts may vary.

Classic Studio - £270/person/week
Love your own space? Check out our studio rooms, located on the top floor of the building, with a small double bed and an en-suite shower. Each has a private kitchen and your own dining area. And there’s a study space with a desk and chair, and plenty of storage. Room layouts may vary.

Premium Studio - £277/person/week

Studio living doesn’t come better than this. Everything you need in one place, with enough space to cook feasts for friends or study in silence, all from the comfort of the top floors of The Depot. How about your own Exeter Castle? Well, not literally a castle, but close enough. This is our largest room type, located on the top 2 floors, with all the great amenities you would find in our other penthouse, but spread over even more space. Our Duplex Gable Apartments are located on the top floor of the building and have all the same great features as the Duplex Apartments, with a little extra space. Classic En Suite - £203/person/week
Located in a flat shared with 10 to 12 others, these rooms are located on the lowest floors of the building and are the perfect balance of private and social. Each room has a small double bed, en-suite, study space and plenty of storage. For moments you want to socialise, there’s a communal kitchen with a dining and TV lounge area. Premium En Suite - £210/person/week
Located in a flat shared between either 11 or 12 students, these en-suites have everything you’d expect from our student favourite Classic En-suite, but with a premium twist: you’ll be on the higher floors of your block. Cluster sizes and room layouts may vary.

Classic Plus En Suite - £207/person/week
The Classic, but bigger! These en-suites are also located on the lower floors of the building and have everything our Classic En-suites have, but each room is slightly bigger. Premium Duplex Apartment - £354/person/week
