Pomeroy has been conceived as a turn-key sail-away uniting off-grid capability with year-round comfort. A brand-new Barrus Shire 70hp engine provides ample power for cruising, while a state-of-the-art Victron lithium battery and solar system ensures full off-grid operation. Internally, the layout has been designed with flexibility in mind. A gallery kitchen and dining area with custom skylight provides a bright and spacious feel. The second bedroom can function either as a guest room and/or home office and library, allowing for changing modes of use. Heating is provided by a central system with cast iron radiators throughout, complemented by a wood-burning stove for additional warmth. The hull and cabin are fully spray-foam insulated, ensuring efficiency in every season.

The interior has been designed with an emphasis on spaciousness and creating a homely feel. With brand new appliances throughout, a professionally crafted kitchen integrates an oven, refrigerator and washing machine, all fitted within bespoke birch cabinetry, complemented by copper plumbing and reclaimed British pine floorboards throughout. The master bedroom includes a fitted king-sized bed, built in headboard, and custom birch wardrobes, while the bathroom is finished with a reclaimed double his and hers sink, a walk-in shower featuring reeded glass and walnut surrounds and skylight, recalling the quiet refinement of a townhouse interior. Throughout, every detail has been crafted to feel unique, spacious and homely.

Mooring - Pomeroy House Boat is moored in Willowtree Marina on a fully serviced mooring, the mooring is transferrable subject to an interview with the marina and a transfer fee.
