I originally lived in the apartment and retained it for investment purposes. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there, it is a nice community of likeminded professionals. It is a very secure development with video entry and a very short walk to the station. I loved taking a moment in the communal gardens and walking to Beckenham Place Park. It is a very happy home and I hope the next person enjoys the flat as much as I did.
