Please note there is no plumbing for a washing machine in the flat. The nearest launderette is either in Zetland Road (leading onto Cheltenham Road) or Cotham Hill (off Whiteladies Road).

Also, it is just electric in the flat; there is no gas.

Off-site parking is available for the tenant as a free perk.

The landlord would usually provide part-furnished accommodation, but as the flat has been recently refurbished it is being kept empty for now pending the incoming tenant’s decision about bringing in furniture.

A fridge freezer will be provided, as well as room blinds.

Professionals only: the landlord will ask for an employer reference.

Please note the deposit is separate from the rent and will be paid into a government-approved deposit scheme (the Landlord uses the Deposit Protection Service). The deposit will be requested at a later date.

Rent is paid monthly in advance and includes water rates but excludes all other bills such as electricity, internet, TV licence (if applicable) and council tax (if the individual works). The tenant is responsible for setting up and paying their utility bills.

Once signed up, the landlord and his team manage the tenancy from start to finish. The landlord is a family business that has been in operation for 40+ years.
