As one of the very first to buy on this development we luckily secured one of only two homes with this layout and with a larger garden than most. The garden has a south west aspect so is ideal for socialising and BBQs with sunlight through the evening. Bryn y Groes has developed into a lovely little community and we are blessed with great neighbours. It’s been a great home and area to raise teenage children that have now flown the nest. Gresford is really convenient for Chester and Wrexham with the A483 close by, but also has its own thriving assortment of independent businesses including convenience store, bakery, coffee shop and beauty spa right on our doorstep. Situated on the edge of the village we have easy access to some great walks, open countryside and one of the very best pubs in area, the Pant yr Ochain.
