We've lived here for two years and the neighbours are all amazing, we're situated in Brockley Conservation area next to the art studios of Ashby Mews and a stone's throw from the Wickham Arms pub, a low key pub that even with the windows open you can't hear, unless maybe England are playing footie in the summer.

The flat is around a 7 minute walk to Brockley station, 10 minutes to St John's and about 15 minutes from Deptford Bridge, New Cross and New Cross Gate so it's super well connected to get into London Bridge, Victoria, East London etc.

There's no car park with the flat but it's free parking on our street and there's always a space right outside.

There is currently building work but the scaffolding is scheduled to come down in February so unless there's a delay of a couple of weeks this will not impact your stay.

We're looking for a couple or two friends to rent our beautiful flat while we move overseas for work, however our friends are around the corner and will manage any issues you might have (although there shouldn't be any!)

We're looking for a handover date of March 1st for a year-long contract which can then be extended, but can push back a week if necessary.
