- The property has front off street parking and a large single garage (with electric roller door). There is also a small private garden.

There is effect lighting in several rooms and garden.

- Two fridges, one freezer and washing machine.

- The family bathroom has a mains pressure shower which is separate to the bath. The master bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom with shower and the attic room has a WC (there are 3 toilets in the property). There is gas central heating and double glazing throughout. - The attic room is best used as a second lounge, office or for additional storage rather than a bedroom although there is room for a double mattress at the end. Great views across the city including the suspension bridge and Ashton Court.
