This property is a great purchase for a buyer looking to downsize. It has many of the benefits of a bungalow without all of the costs. As a Maisonette it has its own private entrance and no shared internal communal areas. It has spacious living areas and 2 good size bedrooms. And best of all it enjoys a private rear garden and allocated parking in car park. The property is in need of refurbishment and updating throughout although it currently enjoys a modern bathroom. Please be aware this property has been priced to reflect the fact it currently has a 76 year lease.
