Sites D & E are the remaining land holdings of NHS Tayside and is located to the north of a site previously sold for development and partially developed.

An additional non developable piece of land is to be included in the sale and extends to 0.063 Hectares (0.156 Acres) which is located to the north-east of the smaller plot.
