The business is registered with The Property Ombudsman and currently manage in the region of £12million of property assets on behalf of clients. His company are also responsible via there power team for the maintenance of these properties from small jobs through to full home renovations. In late 2018 Tony started investing in property alongside JV partners and has purchased 34 properties with a portfolio value in excess of £1,995,000 using BRR as his primary strategy alongside high yielding BTL. In 2020 he opened "Fairs Investments" a sourcing and property education company and in that 1st year purchased £5.7m worth of property carrying out refurbishments to the tune of £624,000. 2020 also saw Tony acquire 2 serviced accommodation units to capitalise on the staycation boom.
