The Property
The London Tea Warehouse

The London Tea Warehouse, was built in the 1890’s for local tea merchants Wilson Roberts & Co. The warehouse was used to store and sell tea by John Wilson Roberts and his family. The tea business based at The London Tea Warehouse developed as a specialist in tea and coffee, continuing well into the 1960's. The Roberts business then relocated to Manchester and Chester where it still operates shops offering specialist coffee.

The warehouse was renovated into a two bedroom house in 2001 and is offered with *No Onward Chain*. It has a living room, lounge, mezzanine snug, a kitchen, one bathroom and a ground floor WC. The pulley system and doors for the tea deliveries, raised slate door step for the horse and carts and original stone work still remain key features of the renovated property.

Located in Porthmadog, Gwynedd. This property utilises the space in the four storey building well. It is unique and quirky, with reception areas on the first and second floor as well as having a basement and loft area, with plenty of storage space. It has a front and a side entrance giving access to preferred floor level. It has a courtyard to the rear of the building.

Porthmadog is a small town in Gwynedd, Wales, offering various amenities and services. The London Tea Warehouse is walking distance from Porthmadog town centre, the harbour, beaches and walks up Moel-y -Gest and the surrounding hills.
