* Layout of the house *
The house is c 135 sqm, and has a shared kitchen/diner, a small patio garden, shared WC on the ground floor, and five ensuite double bedrooms.

The room is on the first floor facing the front of the house. It has a private bathroom with a bath.

* Location *
The house is in a modern private gated development, and is superbly located. Kensal Green, Kensal Rise, and Ladbroke Grove are all within short walking distance, and there is a large Sainsbury's a few minutes walk away. Chamberlayne Road is full of amenities, and is increasingly popular with young professionals and families.

* Set up *
An excellent weekly cleaner will come and clean the shared areas of the house. The cost of this is included in the rent. We do not work with agents, so any maintenance issues can be reported directly to the owners, and promptly dealt with.

Vodafone broadband has also been set up, and signal boosters have been installed to ensure good connectivity throughout the house.

Furniture-wise, we will work with you to identify what pieces of furniture you'd like. We usually provide beds and mattresses, desks, chairs and wardrobes, and would be very happy for you to bring your own.

No couples please, and no pets as it's a houseshare.
