The house is in a modern private gated development, and is superbly located. Kensal Green, Kensal Rise, and Ladbroke Grove are all within short walking distance, and there is a large Sainsbury's a few minutes walk away. Chamberlayne Road is full of amenities, and is increasingly popular with young professionals and families.
* Set up *
Once the house is occupied, we will arrange for weekly cleaning of the share areas of the house. The cost of this will already be included in the rent. We do not work with agents, so any maintenance issues can be reported directly to the owners, and promptly dealt with.
Vodafone broadband has also been set up, and signal boosters will be installed to ensure good connectivity throughout the house.
Furniture-wise, we will work with you to identify what pieces of furniture you'd like. We usually provide beds and mattresses, desks, chairs and wardrobes, and would be very happy for you to bring your own.
