Both rooms have delightful quirky shapes, one with a beautiful curved wall. Both have large built-in storage cupboards with shelving and hanging rails. There are 2 kitchens and a large sitting room. Suitable for professionals (working or retired) or a sensible/mature student. The house is well-maintained, clean, warm and comfortable. It's situated just off Dumfries High Street with views to river and parkland from the front and Loreburn Shopping centre and the bus stop a few paces away to the back. Easy walk to 2 supermarkets and the railway station. Housebills and wifi are included in the rent (uilites, council tax, business wifi with 4g backup). The house has 2 washing machines and dryers.

The ensuite bathroom has shower cubicle, basin and toilet. For the room with the wash hand basin, the bathroom on this floor is very close by and is shared with one other person and there's one on each of the other floors, so no queues. This bathroom has shower above the bath, toilet and basin.

The existing tenants are peaceful and considerate working people and 2 sensible students. There is a friendly atmosphere in the house but no parties as people are in employment. It's fine to invite a friend to visit.

There is a weekly cleaner for communal areas and we provide a 24 hour emergency call-out service.
