Ideal for anyone working at Rolls Royce, MoD, Airbus, Southmead Hospital, NCC, etc. There is a lovely balcony overlooking the river which gets the sun for most of the day in the summer.
The kitchen has a fitted hob/oven, fitted washing machine, fitted dishwasher, and fitted fridge freezer. There is no microwave but you are welcome to bring your own. All kitchenware is included so you don't need to bring your own stuff.
There is a shared upstairs bathroom and there is also a downstairs WC.

Not suitable for smokers. It is a really quiet spot, so the house is well suited to professionals who need peace and quiet and enjoy natural surroundings.
