Frenchay is perfectly located for people working in Filton or the surrounding area, or even if you work in town but enjoy the peace and quiet of more rural surroundings. Ideal for anyone working at Rolls Royce, MoD, Airbus, Southmead Hospital, NCC, etc. There is a lovely balcony overlooking the river which gets the sun for most of the day in the summer.

The kitchen has a fitted hob/oven, fitted washing machine, fitted dishwasher, and fitted fridge freezer. There is no microwave but you are welcome to bring your own. All kitchenware is included so you don't need to bring your own stuff.

There is a shared upstairs bathroom and there is also a downstairs WC.

The room is being offered as a house share, sharing with the landlord - 46 year old self-employed male and another male lodger who is a 25 year old professional. We are both easy going, polite, and respectful. Looking for a lodger who is easy to get along with, neat and tidy, considerate, and respectful of others.

Free parking is available on the road. It is a very quiet street and very safe.

Frenchay is close to local supermarkets etc in Filton, Downend, Emersons Green. It is in one of the best locations in Bristol for transport links with quick access to the M4, M5, ring road, and M32 making it suitable for people working all around Bristol. There is an excellent local pub.

Not suitable for smokers. It is a really quiet spot, so the house is well suited to professionals who need peace and quiet and enjoy natural surroundings.

The wifi is excellent. There is no TV service but you can reinstate this at your cost if you need this.
