Enjoying plenty of natural light through the original chapel windows, this unique ground floor home blends the scale and solidity of the Victorian era with the clean lines and open-plan flow of a thoughtful 2010 conversion.
Subsequently enhanced by the current owner, the interiors have been carefully refined to create a lighter, more contemporary feel — with pale-toned flooring, clean lines and a calm, minimalist aesthetic that complements the volume and character of the original chapel architecture. With its own private front door and allocated parking space, it delivers the independence of a house with the drama and openness of true loft living — all within easy reach of the station.
A spacious entrance hall opens into an exceptional 28ft9 x 13ft1 open-plan sitting/dining room with kitchen area — a vast, airy space rarely found in one-bedroom properties. From the living space, doors lead to a generous double bedroom and a well-appointed four-piece bathroom.
Located in the heart of vibrant Oldfield Park, moments from Moorland Road’s shops and amenities, this distinctive home is offered with no onward chain, double glazing and gas central heating.

The building was on two levels - the lower one was the Sunday School and hall whilst the worship area was upstairs.
