There are two bedrooms that don't have an ensuite bathroom. They share a ground floor shower room. The other rooms all have their own fully-tiled ensuites with power showers. The house is centrally heated and has plenty of hot running water.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large cooker and hob, 2 x fridge/freezers, microwave oven, dishwasher and plenty of cupboard and storage space. We want to make it as easy as possible to move in and live, so we also provide a set of pots and pans and enough crockery, cutlery and drinking glasses for all tenants living in the house.
In addition there is a utility room where you'll find the washing machine, tumble drier, vacuum cleaner and iron and ironing board . There is a mop & bucket, dustpan and brush and various cleaning items that you might need!
What's the minimum length of time I can rent for?
We prioritise tenants who can commit to a minimum of 6 months tenancy. However, in exceptional circumstances we will consider shorter lets.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
We offer our tenants options:
- Deposit - this is refunded upon check out as long as everything is OK with the room and up to date with rent.
- Reposit - zero deposit option - ask for more details.
