ABOUT THE PROPERTY

A truly charming cottage, nestled within the conservation area of the peaceful and desirable village of Kings Nympton. Primrose Cottage is well presented and offers spacious three bedroomed accommodation within this historic hill top village. The property has undergone a good degree of improvement by the current vendors, including rewiring, a recently installed oil fired boiler and an extension which was added in 2012. A lined woodburning stove enhances the charming stone fireplace in the sitting room. The cottage enjoys a west facing gravelled garden to the rear and benefits from off road parking for two cars and a timber shed.

Inside this character home on the ground floor, is an entrance porch, large sitting room with an inglenook style fireplace containing a woodburning stove and bread oven, extensive fitted kitchen with dining area, and modern fully fitted bathroom on the ground floor. The first floor provides three bedrooms, the master with en-suite shower room.
The property is offered with no onward chain.

For layout and approximate room measurements please see the enclosed floorplan and Virtual Tour.
