Leave Harrogate on the A661 to Wetherby. In Wetherby take York Road (B1224) towards York, passing through Bilton in Ainsty and Long Marston. On entering Rufforth continue to approximately the centre of the village and opposite the church on the right hand side, just before the village institute is The Avenue. At the end of The Avenue there are two gates, with the left hand gate giving access to the land, identified by the For Sale board.
