We all know that famous saying, LOCATION-LOCATION-LOCATION and set only a few minutes’ walk into Market Drayton town centre, is this large and impressive, three bedroom link-detached house and to fully appreciate everything this stunning home has to offer, we recommend internal and external inspections. The house was originally built as a four bedroom home, but has since been redesigned to make bedroom two and the bathroom larger rooms. This design of house will make an ideal family home as all the rooms are good sizes and the gardens will give you all the space you and your family deserve. We would like to mention that, back in December 2024, the property suffered a fire in the roof space, caused by a faulty bathroom extractor fan, since then, the property has been significantly rebuilt to current Building Regulations standard and that work is now completed, it feels like a new home. For your assurance, all guarantees, statutory certificates and paper work are available for any potential purchaser to see. The quality of work and finish is excellent, giving the new owners the opportunity of moving in with nothing to do. The whole top of the house was replaced along with all new joists, insulation, electrical works have been completed, a Worcester Bosch gas fired central heating boiler has been installed in the kitchen. The whole house has been newly re-decorated, new floor coverings and all of the upstairs interior doors have been replaced.

Market Drayton is a small market town in north Shropshire, close to the Welsh Border. It is on the River Tern, between Shrewsbury and Stoke-on-Trent, and was formerly known as "Drayton in Hales" (c. 1868) and earlier simply as "Drayton" (c. 1695). Market Drayton is on the Shropshire Union Canal and on Regional Cycle Route 75. The A53 road by-passes the town. The counties of Staffordshire, Cheshire, and the Welsh Border are close by.

Market Drayton has a lot to offer including all the beautiful architecture, street market every Wednesday, Cinema, public houses, a variety of restaurants, swimming baths, nursery, primary, secondary and sixth form colleges.

DO YOU NEED TO COMMUTE?

Something to consider is the mainline railway stations of Stafford, Stoke-On-Trent and Crewe are all within a forty minutes’ drive and Manchester Airport and Birmingham airport are around one hour away. East Midlands Airport is slightly further and overall if you are having to commute, then this location is sure to prove popular.

From the tarmac driveway, a part obscure uPVC double glazed front door opens into the main reception hall, this has a private door to the garage, central heating radiator, ceiling coving, useful under stairs space and the stairway leads up to the first floor accommodation. The cloakroom has a white suite comprising a low level wc, inset vanity wash hand basin with cupboard below, central heating radiator, ceiling coving and an obscure uPVC double glazed window to the front elevation. The single garage has an up and over door, power, lighting, work bench and an opening into the utility room. This has work surface, electric storage heater, plumbing for washing machine, a half uPVC double glazed door opens to the rear garden and two uPVC double glazed windows to the rear.

Bedroom one has a uPVC double glazed window to the front elevation, ceiling coving and central heating radiator, bedroom three has a uPVC double glazed window to the front elevation, shelving, built-in wardrobe, ceiling coving and a central heating radiator. Bedroom two has a uPVC double glazed window to the rear elevation, ceiling coving, central heating radiator and a useful recess area for a wardrobe. The spacious bathroom is fitted with a white suite comprising a panelled spa bath with chrome thermostatic shower over and glazed screen. Please note that the spa function no longer works on the bath. There is a pedestal wash hand basin, low level wc, central heating radiator, chrome heated towel rail, part tiled walls, airing cupboard housing the hot water cylinder and immersion heater and two uPVC double glazed windows to the rear elevation.

The front elevation to the property has been landscaped with coloured stone areas, bushes, shrubbery, tarmac driveway and parking area.
