There is no water surcharge despite you having your own en suite. There is also a brand new high spec boiler to give excellent pressure and availability of hot water.


There is a large fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is also a second spare freezer for backup space. There is a laundry room equipped with 2x washing machines and 2x tumble dryers to make sharing the house as easy as possible.

House has garden with seating area, lawn and storage crate. There is a communal lounge with couch and a TV. The house has space for three cars on the driveway and there is other on street parking very nearby.
