Marco began his journey in 2005 as a founding member of Brinkleys Estate Agents, where he established and scaled its lettings department. Since then, he has worked internationally, co-founded Kariba Properties, and assisted in its acquisition of Brinkleys, bringing his career full circle. His philosophy has always been simple: build relationships, act with integrity, and deliver thoughtfully.
