Sellers Story - I have lived in this peaceful cul de sac in the lovely village of Stoneleigh for 35 years. I now want to move to be closer to my daughter.
I love my home and have really enjoyed village life with its easy access to Kenilworth, Leamington Spa, Coventry and Birmingham airport. The very active village club and village hall (with its playing field, all weather tennis court and play area) host a wide range of events for us all.

Every home in Stoneleigh Close is unique.We have loved the flexible and spacious accommodation on the ground floor and my daughter really enjoyed the independence of having her own bedroom and shower room on the first floor. This is now appreciated by visiting family.

Since retirement we spend most of our time in the study/snug at the front of the house (so quiet) or the conservatory overlooking the garden and countryside. Winter evenings are spent in front of the log burner. In the summer we enjoy outdoor living in the landscaped garden and patio areas.
