The company is owned and run by ourselves, Ian and Emma Bovingdon, and we have been married for over 27 years and have 2 grown up children. We met whilst working for a large corporate Estate Agency on the South Coast and have been in the property selling industry for over 60 years combined. We are experienced in all aspects of property, including land buying & selling, New Homes and residential homes. We thought it was about time we did this for ourselves & to give us total control over what we do and how we do it.   We have lived in East Cambridgeshire for over 20 years, raised our family here and have been involved with the community and local businesses during that time.    It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to be an Estate Agent, but it takes someone or preferably a team, with compassion, experience, knowledge, integrity and honesty to make it a real success. MEET THE TEAM  Ian Bovingdon Ian began a successful career in the world of Estate Agency in 1982 & has nearly 40 years of working with both large corporate businesses & smaller independents. Ian turned his focus to Land & New Homes in 2004 & has a wealth of knowledge in all areas of the industry. He will always think outside the box in order to provide the best advice and the best professional service. Outside of work, Ian is keen on Football, Skiing, Formula 1 & Photography.     Emma Bovingdon  Emma began her career in Estate Agency in 1991. Following a short career break to have their children back in the early 2000’s. Emma then returned to work for a National builder as a Sales Manager on the early stages of the Cambourne development in South West Cambs and then as the Sales and Marketing Director with renowned bespoke builder Campbell Buchanan. Outside of work Emma is passionate about interior design and keeping fit.
