It's a spacious room and a nice area in which to relax in the evenings - plenty plenty of space to enjoy a cuppa or glass of wine with housemates after work. There is also ample storage space for board games etc under the TV.

The house is well located for commuting by car, bike, or public transport, and is a few minutes' walk from from Nightingale Valley and Avon Valley - beautiful(!) walks, where you wouldn't even know you were in a city.

1 minute walk to the No.1 Bus, which goes into town every 15 minutes and continues through the city centre to Cribbs Causeway shopping centre.
A4 links to Bristol and Bath, M32, M4 and M5, easy access to the city centre.
