This is a beautifully presented room, fully furnished to be as comfortable as possible: wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and a reading lamp, with blackout blinds and a double bed (deluxe mattress) for a great night's sleep. Lots of lighting to give you options, and plenty of storage to make sure you've got space to relax!

When you'd like to work from home, or if you need space for hobbies, we've made this easy for you too. There's a desk and desk chair in every room, as well as in the communal area if you'd like a change of scene.


* THE PROPERTY *
This home has 6 bedrooms, a large kitchen diner, a living room, 2 bathrooms (in addition to an ensuite and an extra toilet room downstairs), and a lovely garden. Each room has been thoughtfully furnished to ensure that co-living is an enjoyable experience for all the housemates.

The kitchen is great for fun evenings in, with a beautifully tiled cooking space and a dining area which can cater for up to 8 people (for having friends over). The kitchen is fully supplied with everything you need, even down to a lemon squeezer and garlic press. There are 2 fridge freezers and a cupboard per person so plenty of space for you. Also, a dishwasher for easier cleaning up and a tumble dryer for washing - very important in a co-living house!

A set of patio doors open into the garden and let plenty of light into the living room. The garden is perfect for BBQs and has a set of outdoor garden furniture. The garage will soon be converted into either a working area or fitness space; currently, the garage is used to securely store bikes :)

In the living room there are two sofas, a large Smart HD TV and a desk. The TV licence is included. It's a spacious room and a nice area in which to relax in the evenings - plenty plenty of space to enjoy a cuppa or glass of wine with housemates after work. There is also ample storage space for board games etc under the TV.


* LOCATION *
The house is well located for commuting by car, bike, or public transport, and is a few minutes' walk from from Nightingale Valley and Avon Valley - beautiful(!) walks, where you wouldn't even know you were in a city.

1 minute walk to the No.1 Bus, which goes into town every 15 minutes and continues through the city centre to Cribbs Causeway shopping centre.
A4 links to Bristol and Bath, M32, M4 and M5, easy access to the city centre.
Temple Meads train station 10 mins by car, 12 mins by bus, 14 minutes by bike or 40 mins on foot.
Two National Cycle Routes close to the house. This provides fast, traffic-free access to Bristol City Centre.
