This well presented 3 Bedroom stunning period property with many period features is available as a HOLIDAY HOME for up to 6 guests. Situated close to the 7 Dials area close to shops and restaurants and walking distance to Brighton Station makes a perfect place for families and friends to stay to enjoy what the city offers.

Appliances there is double oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine with French doors to one end leading out to Private Rear Patio with outdoor furniture, perfect to relax of a summers evening. Up to First Floor, Family Bathroom with attractive roll top bath and separate shower and WC. Bedroom Three, is a double room with double bed and has a Peloton cycle machine for any guest to use. Bedroom Two is a large double bedroom with Kingsize bed. There are good transport links nearby with buses being frequent and serving other areas of Brighton and walking distance to Brighton Station with its London links. It is easy to stroll into city centre from here to main shopping areas such as Churchill Square and down to Brighton Beach.

Guest Rules
In return, we ask our guests to be aware and respectful of the neighbourhood and its community. Smoking is permitted in the garden only. Whilst we do a thorough clean after each booking, we ask guests to leave the holiday home as tidy as they found it.

Cancellation policy:- Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
