We chose this home in Sherford to be closer to family and were immediately drawn to the area. It offers the perfect balance of countryside living with modern convenience. Being so close to open green spaces has been wonderful for family walks and outdoor activities, while the local parks, skate park and country park provide fantastic facilities as the children grow older.

The community feel here is something we will truly miss. Many neighbours moved in around the same time, and there’s a friendly, family-orientated atmosphere with children often playing together outside. Despite being a newer build, the house feels fresh yet established, blending nicely into its surroundings.
