Plus there is a communal Pantry with glasses, plates and other handy items for you and your housemates to use. Across the hall is the laundry room with washer and dryer, ironing board and cleaning equipment for shared use.

Upstairs there is the option of two bathrooms, both with showers over the bath tubs.

The location is spot on and couldn't be more convenient. Tesco express is literally across the road - pick up supplies and hot baked yummies will still be hot when you are home! Kirkdale itself is a thriving little hot spot with funky shops like Mables Five & Dime, or Dulwich Reclamation always nice for a browse. Walk down to the Sydenham end of Kirkdale in under 10 minutes and grab a cheeky Nando's or splash out at the swanky Greyhound for some gastro grub or coffee and The Cobb. There is also a Sainsburys local for more options. Sydenham Station is here and you can catch lines into London Bridge, Victoria and on the Overground. Alternatively walk along Willow Way and boom you are on Dartmouth Road and a 10 minute walk will have you at Forest Hill Station (on the same lines as Sydenham). As you walk by you will pass the Library ( a beautiful Edwardian building), and the super modern leisure centre and pool. Of course Forest Hill has a bevy of independent shops, boutiques, gastro pubs and coffee shops with art galleries, there is also the museum and lush gardens, farmers markets and wonderful community events. So we wouldn't blame you for wanting to make Kirkdale your home!
