The offer: the room is available from 1st February for £1,200 per month (all bills included). We ask for 2 months upfront including security deposit on the first month.
Why the location is great: there's a bus stop right outside the flat, making it roughly 30 minutes to Central London and about 20 minutes to London Bridge by bus. If you prefer rail, it's around a 9-minute walk to Queens Road Peckham for the Overground.
