All our rooms are serviced Double rooms. We carry this out every 2-3 weeks. This is where will change your bedding, clean your room and en suite. This service is included in the rental fee.

we are located on the outskirts of Emneth, a couple of minutes away from the A47, 2 miles from Wisbech, 9 from March and 10 from Kings Lynn. Peterborough & train station 18miles.
The house is a 4-bedroom detached property with off road parking in a very quiet area.

which are all included in your rent along with Internet included.
There is a tumble dryer that is pay as you use.
Off road parking and CCTV fitted around the outside of the property.
automatic Gate with remote control.
THERE IS A NO SMOKING POLICY INSIDE THE PROPERTY. However, we do have 2 areas for smoking both of which are outside and are the only permitted areas to smoke. these are to the side of Front Porch, and the rear is the rear patio area.
Ideal for working Professionals, those working away from home, can do full week or Sunday to Thursday, Monday to Friday.

We ask that everyone to be respectful, clean and tidy especially in shared areas with other residents ( like the kitchen and dining area, please use it wash it up, dry it and put it away)
Loss or damage to the gate remote is currently £50 to replace and to have it programmed.
A £500 refundable Deposit and References are required.
